“Buy to Fly Contest”

OFFICIAL RULES

1.) How to Play: Between September 11, 2011 and October 8, 2011 customers at participating Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”) stores who purchase any International-Canadian Blend wine products (non-VQA Ontario wines) and who present the Customer Service Representative (“CSR”) with an AIR MILES® Collector Card, or temporary Collector Card will be automatically entered in the “Buy to Fly” contest. One entry into the Grand Prize Draw will be given to a Collector for each qualifying product purchased during the Contest Period. One entry into a Daily Prize Draw will be given to a Collector for each qualifying product purchased on the corresponding date during the Contest Period. Products that qualify as eligible products for the purpose of this Contest shall be determined by the LCBO, in its sole discretion. See any LCBO store for more details.

2.) No Purchase Necessary: To enter without a purchase, you can hand print your name as printed on your AIR MILES Collector Card, your AIR MILES Collector Account Number, complete mailing address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and mail it to the following address. LCBO “Buy to Fly Contest” Dept 2364, P.O. Box 9500, Oakville, ON L6J 0B6. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Entries must be readily legible. Mailed entries must be postmarked by October 8, 2011 and received by October 19, 2011. Each mailed entry must be in a separate postage-paid envelope. Limit of one mailed entry by this method per AIR MILES Collector Account per day. You will receive one entry into the Grand Prize Draw, plus one entry into a Daily Prize Draw for each valid mailed entry received.

3.) Contest Period: The Contest runs from Sunday, September 11, 2011, at 9:00 AM, to Saturday, October 8, 2011, at 10:00 PM, the contest closing date. All times refer to Eastern Time (“ET”) throughout the contest.

4.) Prizes: The following prizes are available to be won.

i. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize of 50,000 AIR MILES reward miles, and
ii. Daily Prizes: Twenty-eight (28) Daily Prizes, each consisting of a 16GB BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet

The approximate retail value of AIR MILES reward miles prize depends on the chosen method of redemption and available reward options at the time of redemption. If redeemed for flights (950 reward mile minimum required for flight redemption), value depends on destination chosen, date of travel and use of multiple carriers or suppliers. For example, one return economy flight from Toronto, Ontario to Winnipeg, Manitoba is 1,750 AIR MILES reward miles and has an approximate value of $525.00 (Canadian) excluding taxes. Winner must pay applicable taxes, related transportation fees, governmental levies, excess baggage and other non-ticket costs. The value of AIR MILES reward miles redeemed for non-flight reward options depends on the reward options in effect at the time of redemption. Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. The approximate retail value of each Daily Prize of a 16GB WiFi enabled BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tabet is $499.99 CAD.

Prizes will be awarded to the individual whose name is associated with the AIR MILES® Collector account presented to the CSR and as determined by LoyaltyOne, Inc. If you are not already an AIR MILES Collector, you may become one by enrolling online at www.airmiles.ca. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES® Collector you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES® Reward Program as amended from time to time.

5.) General: Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in random drawings at 2:00 p.m. E.T. on October 28, 2011, in Oakville, Ontario from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period for the Grand Prize, and from among all eligible entries received for each day of the Contest Period for the Daily Prizes, by an independent promotional organization whose decisions will be final and binding. Daily Prize winners and Daily Prize entrants not selected as Daily Prize winners remain in the Grand Prize draw. In order to be declared a winner of the Grand Prize and/or a Daily Prize, a selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a pre-arranged time by telephone and otherwise comply with the Official Contest Rules. LCBO or its representatives will make reasonable attempts to contact the selected entrant at the telephone number(s) recorded in respect of his/her Collector Account number, failing which, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected. Selected entrant must sign and return to the Sponsor within ten (10) days of receipt a Prize Acknowledgement Form, which includes a standard declaration of compliance with the Official Contest Rules and release form in order to be awarded a Prize. Failure to sign and return the Prize Acknowledgement Form within ten (10) days of receipt will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of another entrant. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or has not responded within two (2) weeks of the date when the contact was first attempted or does not otherwise comply with the Contest rules, the selected entrant will forfeit the Prize and another entrant will be selected. Grand Prize will be posted to confirmed winners’ Collector Account within six (6) to eight (8) weeks. Daily Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners as soon as is practical within the circumstances.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest period, including mail-in entries. Odds of winning a Daily Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received each day of the Contest Period, including mail-in entries. Limit of one prize per entrant, except that the Grand Prize winner is also eligible to win a Daily Prize.

6.) Eligibility: This contest is open to AIR MILES® Collectors who are residents of Ontario, 19 years of age or older and who are not employees of, or members of the immediate family of or domiciled with an employee of, any of the following: the LCBO, the Alcohol and Gaming Corporation of Ontario (“AGCO”), any licensees authorized by AGCO, or their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, the independent contest organization , the advertising or promotional agencies for any of the above or any contractor of the LCBO in connection with this contest. Submissions through groups or organizations will not be accepted. The Collector is the individual in whose name the Collector Account has been established or, in the case of a Business Collector, the principal associated with the Business Collector Account, as determined by LoyaltyOne, Inc. Residence will be determined by the mailing address associated with the Collector Account.

7.) RELEASE: BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU RELEASE THE LCBO, THE AGCO, LOYALTYONE, INC. and THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST AND THE AWARDING OF ANY PRIZE, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by the contest rules and decisions of the independent contest organization which are final. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees and acknowledges that LoyaltyOne Inc. and LCBO, and each of their affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion or other representatives or agencies, and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, representatives, directors and agents (collectively “Releasees”) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) late, lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, postage due, garbled or unintelligible transmissions or entries; (2) any notification or document that is lost or not received by an entrant; (3) any injury including death or other damage to person or property of any kind or any other liability, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, by the Contest or any Contest prize or (4) incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information; technical malfunctions; human or technical error or negligence; or printing errors.

8.) Disclaimer: The LCBO also reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the contest at any time if it determines that for any reason the contest cannot be run as originally planned or if fraud or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the contest.

If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the LCBO which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, the LCBO reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. The LCBO assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The LCBO is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or entry to be received by the LCBO or prize claim to be processed by the LCBO due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to contestant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading any materials in this contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND FEDERAL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE LCBO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9.) Miscellaneous: By entering the contest, you agree to abide by and be bound by these contest rules and the decisions of the LCBO and of independent contest organization, which are final. By entering, each winner agrees that the LCBO and LoyaltyOne, Inc. may use their name, address, comments, photography and likeness in any matters related to this contest, including any advertising or publicity, without compensation or further consent. The LCBO and LoyaltyOne, Inc. accept no responsibility for losses, damages or claims caused by or resulting from any prize. Correspondence will be entered into only with prize claimants. The LCBO, and LoyaltyOne, Inc. reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

The contest is managed by the LCBO; LoyaltyOne, Inc. is acting as a prizing supplier.

10.) Privacy: The personal information collected in connection with this contest is collected under authority of para. 3(1)(n) of the Liquor Control Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. L.18, for the purpose of administering this contest. The personal information of contest winners will be disclosed to the applicable contest sponsors for the purpose of prize fulfillment. By participating in this contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure indicated above.
