The Crown Annex of the Agreement on Internal Trade states that projects for goods and services with a value of $500,000 CDN or more, and construction projects valued at $5,000,000 CDN or more, be openly advertised. LCBO posts documents for these projects on Biddingo.

PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS

Applications and Instructions are now available for the Vendor Prequalification Process for General Contractors (for projects over $250,000), for General Contractors and Trades (for projects under $250,000) and for Millworkers. Please click on the links below to download the applicable documents.

Applications will be accepted at any time and will be evaluated on a regular basis. Applicants will be notified by the Purchasing Department regarding the status of their application forms.
